MY PURPOSE: TO SERVE YOU

I'm Monica, a photographer and storyteller. I was born in Morelia, Michoacán but I have lived in beautiful Georgia my whole life - mostly in the busy suburbs. I currently live right outside of Atlanta with my husband and our two dogs, Taco and Lola.

Few things to know about me: first off, I am a lover of JESUS. I sing in the shower + dance in the kitchen - not very good at either of those, ha! I love any food that involves cheese, especially mac & cheese!

I honestly don’t even remember when I started photography. I just know that since I picked up a camera, I haven’t been able to put it down and I LOVE IT.

I have explored many different styles of photography, but I have found that capturing beauty is what I am most passionate about. God's beauty is incomparable and unexplainable, and He created us in His image. Because He created us in His image means I get to capture some BEAUTIFUL souls and the love they feel for one another. That just overwhelms me with joy and tears. I believe getting to capture these moments is my calling, my PURPOSE.

I want to be more than a person you hired to just show up and take your pictures. I want to get to know you and your story. I FULLY plan to be more than just another vendor, I’m here to help take the stress out of the day. I’m here to help you celebrate what really matters - your covenant of marriage. My hope is to capture the real and raw you. I can’t wait to meet you and become friends! Xx
